Order Processing Time
After you place an order, our Order Fulfillment Team will process it within 24-48 hours. The Production Team will then prepare your wig after it has been processed. The product will be shipped once it is ready. Please note that shipping time will begin once the wig is shipped.
Please be aware that fulfillment time for ALL orders may be longer during sales & special occasions.
If any product is out of stock, or unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable, you may terminate the sale and we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
For international Shipping, please be aware that you may be subject to pay duties & taxes based on your country. Your country's customs agency may contact you about paying these fees. The buyer shall assume the following responsibilities:
Payment of any customs duties imposed in the recipient's country/region.
Bearing any costs arising from delivery delays or address modifications caused by the buyer.
Covering any costs arising from the buyer's cancellation or return of the order for personal reasons.
