FULFILLMENT TIME

ALL orders require up to 7 business days to process and an additional 3-6 days to be delivered after being shipped out. Please be aware that this time may be even longer during sales & special occasions.

Delivery times displayed at checkout reflect the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive once shipped. We purchase a shipping label and attach it to your order once the payment is received, but orders will not be shipped out until they are ready. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps or mailboxes.

All wigs are made-to-order. Besides natural black & 613/blonde wigs, all wigs are colored in-house and may be subject to some slight differences from the photos that are pictured.

If any product is out of stock, or unavailable, or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

RETURN POLICY

At Lenghts By Rihze' Qire', we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please send us an email at support@lengthsrq.com

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all items bought with any of our coupons or discount codes.

Our Return / Exchange policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a repair, refund, or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: 

• Hairstyling Products
• Merchandise/Outfits
• Glue, Spray glue, Gel glue
• Sale Items purchased with promotion or coupon

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

EXCHANGES

• Requests must be made within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Any exchange request after 3 calendar days will not be honored. Exchanges will also not be considered if a coupon has been used in purchase unless under extenuating circumstances - in which Lenghts By Rihze' Qire' has all rights to determine.
  We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, or processed) in any way. According to Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and federal law. Please return the item in its original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring or rinsing, lifting, cutting the hair off the weft, or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
• Merchandise must be in its original condition. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties will be returned to the client without an exchange of the product.
• A product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted.
• You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back using our pre-addressed labels. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

SHIPPING DELAYS

For your convenience, it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner UPS. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust UPS to deliver your package on time. Apart from your personal information, any communication or material you send to Lenghts By Rihze' Qire', electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions, or submissions is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you send to the Lenghts By Rihze' Qire' site may be used by Lenghts By Rihze' Qire' for any purpose including but not limited to modification, reproduction, transmission, disclosure, publication, broadcast, and posting. By submitting material to Lenghts By Rihze' Qire', you irrevocably transfer and assign to Lenghts By Rihze' Qire', and forever waive and agree never to assert, any copyrights, “moral” rights, rights of publicity or to privacy, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights that you may have in such material. Lenghts By Rihze' Qire' is free to use, without obligation of any kind, any ideas, concepts, techniques, or know-how contained in any communication you send to the Lenghts By Rihze' Qire' site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services.
